What can I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, please use the following steps to set your new password.

1. Enter the Sign In page by the link: http://p.gongchang.com/login (As shown in the figure)

2. Click "Forgot your password?" and enter the page of Forget Password. (As shown in the figure)

 

3. Enter your Username/Email, click "Submit" and you will see the hint window:

4. GongChang.com system will send an email titled "Set Your New Password" to your registered email. You can enter the page by the link provided.

After you have set your new password, click "Submit". (As shown in the figure)
