How do I add my company?

After you registered as a member of GongChang.com, enter your member center, click "My Company - Add Company" on the left.

There are two methods to add your company:

1. Add a new company

Choose "Add a new company" and click "Next".

Complete your company profile and click "Submit". Our customer service team will finish the approval process within 2 hours and notify you by email.

If you need to add more companies, please click "Next" again in the following page and follow the steps above.

2. Import company from other platforms

Now we only support companies importing from Alibaba.

Select "Import company from other platforms" and click "Next" to enter the following page after next.

Input your sub-domain name on Alibaba in the box, and click "Next" after you check it carefully.

Complete your company profile and click "Submit". Our customer service team will finish the approval process within 2 hours and notify you by email.

Note: Please fill in your information seriously, especially those fields marked with "Unmodifiable" which cannot be edited after submitting.
