Brief declarations of the product:
1. the special hardener is irreplaceable by other hardeners.
2. a reasonable cost should be taken into consideration when mixing the hardeners.
1. the water in the air compressor should be released firstly.
2. the water of the furniture to be painted should be thoroughly cleaned especially the coner.
3. thoroughly clean the painting house by Wind Dust Gun, especially Filters.
4. the painting house could be wetted according to actual environment.
5. it is necessary to get rid of the mosquitos by using mosquito-repellent incense for 30min. but do not use spray in case that the mosquitos should fly into the painting.
6. the painting house should be well-sealed
7. prepare for anti-static facilities.
8. check the equipments: clean cloth, respirator, filters, painting mixing stick, painting mixing containers, thinner for cleaning, thinners for mixing paintings, hardeners and lacquer oil
9. the lacquer should be mixed thoroughly with hardeners, thinners in a proper proportion and filted before adding to other lacquers.
10. every step of painting must be done non-stop and make sure there are enough time for natural drying between steps.
11. the lacquers, hardeners and thinners should be sealed once they have been used, or the dissolvant would be volatilized and the hardeners moisture-absorbed which will affect the quality and its effects.
Notice:
1. All paint must be stored in a cool, dry, well ventilated place. They could be used even after retention period if the pre-testing is normal.
2. our company is in no responsibility if theres quality problems due to non-use of our companys hardeners and thinners.
3. the colored paint and Matte varnish should be fully mixed in containers to make sure the uniform of the color and flatting silica.
4. the prepared lacquer should be setted for 5min before putting into use, but it should be used within 4 hours.
5. we recommend the polyester painting series without special instructions used for inner room decoration. As for the outter room decorations, the users are expected to test the painting by themselves in case that the sunshine should affect the decoration effects.
6. in case of aberration, please purchase the lacquer with the same lot number.
