: This paint is widely used to prevent various kinds of steel plate and the outer wall of the tube from the rust. It can be used on the oil tank, oil pipeline, the bottom of the ship and underground pipe as the protective coating.

Characteristic: It enjoys excellent water-resistance, oil-resistance and chemical-resistance.

Painting Standard: Main agent: 8541 curing agent=5:1 (weight ration), stir it. Dilution rate: 5 - 20%. Use F114 diluent. Aging time is above 15 minutes. Used time is 2 hours(25 degree). Theoretical amount is 0.15kg/M240(dry film); Way of painting: brush painting, spraying, roller coating; Thickness of the film is above 80UM (dry film). There will be a little change on the theoretical amount and thickness of the film according to the working condition, weather condition and way of painting. Drying time(25): drying time surface is less than 4 hours. Hard drying time is less than 24 hours. The completely curing time is 7 days. Storage condition: Keep it in the cool and dry place. Keep distance from from fire and heat.

Notice: Dont use the paint when the temperature is below 10 degree or huminity is more 85%. Fire prevention measures should be taken in the construction site. The operating rules of the painting must be obeyed.
