1        The product description

The present 204A economic matting additive is the best add type physical matting agents ,has excellent advantages::
a. it’s simple and easy to use, directly external mixing the 204A into the high-gloss powder coating of epoxy-polyester mixed type (5:5), more amonut , lowder gloss, the minimum degree can be done in matt.
b. Add amount is lower, the effective is better and cost is lower, when u add the amount of 2%,the gloss can be eliminated to 5 degrees, when u add the amount of 1% ,the gloss can be eliminated to 12 degree ,and general physical matting agent reach this gloss,the add amount is 294A  twice or three times.
c. If u add 204A into your powder,the powder will be particularly good, and due to outer powder external mixing 204A become very loose powder to prevent caking summer.
d. Coating surface is very smooth.
e. Good yellowing resistance, wide temperature adaptability, overcome the weakness about matting agent of 68,such as baked yellow and the gloss is different in the different temperature.

6. The powder has good storage stability, 204A does not affect the storage of powder, and the time of storage is the same as the original high-gloss powder .

2 Usage

After u have done the basic powder and then directly external mixing the 204A into the powder, make sure that add the 204A quickly when mixing.such as using a mixing tank with stirring broken, or adding to V-mixing tank mixed after breaking up, or screening after mixing by hands.

We also find in the experiment white powder with rutile titanium dioxide can bget a better matting , but matting with Anatase is not ideal. Perhaps you will find more advantages and use skills about 204A in use .
