Scope of Application

It is applicable in waterproofing works of  industrial and  civil buildings like the roofings, basements, bridges, road surfaces and  Tunnels 

Storage and Transportation

1. Either storage of  transportation, different types of specifications of products should be seperate, not mixed.

2. Keep  ventilation and keep it out of the sun. storage temperature should not be higher than 500c.

3.The roller sheets should be lying in storage or transportation. And the

stockpile height should not be more than 5 layers in case of Inclination or lateral compressive force.

4.Storage time is one year from manufacture date if the product is under normal operation of storage and transportation.

 Construction Requirement

1.Base Treatment:Waterproof base is required to be solid,smooth-going,Binh Thuan, smooth,clean,dry,dustless and oil-stain free. 

2.Coating-dedication primer.

3.After the primer is dry, use  a spraying gun to flame bond the roller sheet

4.Lapping of the roller sheet should be torch application and fully adhered with  Secretion of black molten pitch at the edge of  the overlapping,making sure the lapping is solid and reliable.

5. The (lapping)joint is supposed to be processed more carefully in line with  standardization and the design.

6.In principle,the Joints of coiled material should be fixed by metal battening bar plus Steel Nails and seal them with sealant.

Technical Process:

Base Surface Cleaning--Joint Treatment--Watering and weting the base--Mixing Cement Slurry--Removing the Isolating Film and Installing the Membrane in Full--Membrane Overlapping--Workingface Handover

 Construction Practices:

1.Check and Clean up the Base surfaces

2. Joint Treatment

At joints(like parapets, gutter spout funnel,tube roots,eaves,internal and external corners )first install additional waterproof courses and the scope of the installation should be in line with the design and the regulation and stipulation.
3.Wet out the Base with Water

Wet out the base surfaces by clean water but without existence of ponded water.

4.Mix cement slurry:  Adopt ordinary portland cement and water/cement ratio should be confined 0.3 or so.

5.Coating cement slurry and installing the membrane

Coat the slurry on the base while removing the isolating film on the membrane. Place the membrane on the base with its glue surface facing the newly-coated slurry.After this, eliminate the air between the membrane and the base immediately to ensure their strong and firm bonding.

6.Membrane Overlapping

7.After the Installation of the membrane , check and accept.
