6. Thickness of veneers : Core veneers : 2.6mm ; Face veneers :1.5mm
7. Density : 610kgs/m3
8. Grain direction : Parallel to the grain
9.Veneer joints : Overlap, Butt Joint .
10.Stencil mark & end sealant : according to third party certificate's or customers' requirements
11.Surface treatment : All arrises are chamferrying by 5mm at 45 angle degree for easy handling ; wax-coated on both sides,paint at the ends .
12. Quality control program : Physical performance test, Veneers Graded by Ultrasonic Machine,Vacuum Pressure and Soak test ,MOE online test . Test reference : ASTMD Standards .
