Made mainly from epoxy resin which has excellent chemical resistance and mech-anicalness.And it is applicable to painting of Indoor metallic furniture ,Automobile parts, Watercourse valve, Insulated electronic part with requirement of erosion resistance, electric insulativity and pliability.
1.Color : All colors based on the RAL are available.
2.Glossiness: high gloss(more than 86%) , gloss (76-85% ) , semi-gloss(50-70%), sub-gloss(20-50%) and non-gloss(under20%)
3.Surface: smooth, texture(hammer, sand, wrinkle and so on) and other special effect of lacework
4.Density: 1.2----1.8 varies with color and gloss
5.Curing conditions:
a)200°C ( work piece temperature ), 15 minutes.
b)180°C ( work piece temperature ), 15 minutes.
c) 140°C ( work piece temperature ), 15 minutes
6.Testing: Every 100kg powder coatings were tested in production
