It is a kind of high performance, two-component enhanced water based epoxy zinc-rich primer, which has effect of cathode protection and anti-corrosion to steel structure. This product has an Unique feature of taking premixed zinc powder as binder, so after adding hardener, the product can be applied on steels which have been sand-blasted to SSPC-SP6 or SSI-Sa2. After all the water solution is volatilized, most of the Carpoly high performance finish paints can be coated. DONOT bring on blister in paint film like other zinc-rich primer.
Usage: Ideal product of cathode anticorrosion on steel structures such as containers, tanks, equipments, pipelines or other steels exposed in all kinds of weather and industrial environment. Ideal products for repair and maintenance tasks, as its characters of easy application, good compatibility and short recoat time.
