I. Overview:　　 The paint is divided into two sets, A made up of epoxy resin, coal tar and colorant and B curing agent. The paint has not only an excellent feature of water resistance and very good adhesive force but also good rigidity, wear resistant and especially prominent three proofings. The paint can be used on seaport facilities, shipping, bridge beams, offshore oil extraction equipment, mining and hydro-power facilities. It can be directly spread on the surface of iron or steel or be blended with priming paint.

III. Construction Techniques:
Surface treatment  Derusting grade should pass Sa2.5 of GB8923-88 if spread directly on iron or steel surface. If used as middle-level paint, the spread surface should be clean, anhydrous, oil-stainless and dustless.
Proportioning  A:B = 4: 1
Diluent agent  epoxy diluent agent 0-5%
Backgrounding  The constituent should be used up in 4 hours after blending
Spreading  brush painting, roll painting, airless spray painting
Dosage  200g/m2
Brush coating layers  3-6 layers
IV. Construction Precautions:
Construction should be carried out with good ventilation and safeguard measure should be taken if longtime construction is carried on.2, Open flames are prohibited on construction site. 3, Manual construction should be avoided if the surface temperature of iron or steel is 3 Celsius over dew point. 4, No construction should be carried out when it is foggy, rainy or snowy or the humidity is over 85%. 5, The construction temperature should be over 10 Celsius . V. Storage and Transportation:Avoid collision while conveying. Store where it is cool and ventilative. The storage period is one year. Expired products can still be used if they pass the standard test. Moisture penetration and exposure to sunlight are strictly forbidden.
