What is ChemBrowser?
The Chem Browser is the statistical analysis software for complex hydrocarbon mixture petroleomic data extracted from FT-ICR-MS spectra (Crude Oil and Bio diesel etc). It provides the capability of the chemical composition analysis using exact mass spectra so that its result can be shown on a 2D and 3D graphical display. It provides a various visualizing tools such as KMD plot, DBE (Z) vs. Carbon number plot, Van Krevelen element ratios plot and etc. and statistical tools such as principal components analysis, correlation, and cluster analysis tec. to present its analysis results in diverse types.

-chembrowser automatically calculates the chemical composition from a high resolution mass spectra of crude oils including hydrocarbon mixtures (crude oil, Biodiesel, shale oil, etc)
-it can also provide various visual (2D/3D) images for the comparative analysis of calculated results and elemental formulae of statistically selected peaks that can help interpretation.
