Base skim coat(Wall putty)

Detailed introduction to Base skim coat(Wall putty):

Base Skim Coat is a good cushion and cement based,polymer modified 

compound mortar with high cohesion special formulated for interior 

wall smoothing or leveling, applied as a based layer prepared for 

top coat. 

  we have two types of Base Skim Coat for interior : SC04, SC05

    SC04: a general Base Skim Coat.

     SC05: Waterproof and anti-moisture Base Skim Coat  

Key Features:

 3. Water soluble,easy to clean,improve the substrate permeability.

 4. Easy to apply and fast to finish

Recommend for :

1. For base coating of interior wall,basement storage,bath room,roof

2. Suitable for over even flat substrates.

3. Using for EIFS that the substrate shrank serious. 

4. It can apply on refurbishing wall.

Storage: It can store for 12 month in cool condition.
