BARPL's Floor pick-up bumper car utilizes the latest technology, using integrated semiconductor based voltage selection and distribution system.
Detailed introduction to BARPL Adult Bumper Car:
BARPL's Floor pick-up bumper car utilizes the latest technology, using
integrated semiconductor based voltage selection and distribution system, in order to guarantee years of smooth operation. It uses the new all
aluminum (LM-6) steering gear box for light weight and minimum
maintenance. Extra ribs casting ensures extra strength and durability during years of operations.
Motors are specially designed with latest internal disc clutch system for
uniform torque and power transmission to the vehicle even during
prolonged operation hours. Chassis is fabricated with CR steel; stress
relieved, MIG welded and painted with UV stabilized high impact resistant
paint.
Specially formulated FRP body is fabricated with gel-impregnated pigments to ensure scratch resistant surface.
Gel pigments guarantee the life long shining colors of the car, with high
gloss finish.
Lighting system is designed to remain immune to high impacts of bumping.GLS lamps are imported from Germany to withstand heavy vibrations and
tough conditions, specially designed for the application.
*Different color combinations are available as per client's requirement*
