Treatment

① Before spraying epoxy primer, operators must remove all the oil stains and welding splashes on the surface and buff the weld seams and angled corners.
② For the oxidized iron plate or cast iron, adopt a sand blast (sa 2.5) on them (surface roughness: 30-75μm) or utilize a pickling treatment to remove all oxidized iron sheet and rust and rub them off with a steel brush.
③ For steel surface, smooth it using light blast or an elastic sand disc and then sand it to sa3 with the disc.
