252/300kV GIS
252/300kV GIS can be equipped with pneumatic, hydraulic and spring mechanism with short-circuit current of 63kA. The CB can be three-phase operated, suitable for protection of transformer and generator.
Main features:
1. High reliability
All live parts are enclosed inside with gas as insulation medium, ensuring the reliability
2. Strong capability withstanding the environment
GIS inner live parts will not be influenced by the nature factors, such as wind, snow and rain, external pollution, high altitude etc.
3. High-quality inspection and less site work
Modernized machining devices plus complete set of quality control system, requires less site installation work.
4. Reliable conductivity performance
Self-energizing contact is adopted to ensure the electric endurance time for CB (20 operation under full-power) and 2000 operations under rated working current).
5. Less current eddy loss
Most of enclosures are made of aluminum materials (except for PT and LA), with high anti-corrosion performance and less current eddy loss.
6. Excellent enclosure structure
Cold-flanging procedure was performed for the enclosure, improving the electric field strength and reduce the size.
7. High dielectric reliability
Insulators, rod etc. shall be tested by power frequency and PD measurement, whose requirement is stricter than IEC standard.
8. CB short-circuit breaking current 63kA equipped with pneumatic, spring or hydraulic mechanism. The CB can be operated single pole or three poles.
9. New compact type with features such as low height, small size and bay distance less than 2m.
10. Improvement on layout, appearance, anti-corrosion performance etc. The product has passed all type tests at KEMA in Netherlands.
