Detailed introduction to 1100kV GIS,1100kV gas insulated switchgear:
1,The general layout configuration of 1000kv GIS was designed based on the concept of man-machine friendly and environment-friendly modern industry design. It was horizontally and lowly placed with a height of 1.3, to the ground from the product center. For the man-machine friendly point, no operation platform was required and camber design was adopted for the external enclosure, which is favorable for electric field optimization and allowing the product layout simple and nice.
2, Based on modulus idea, developing four-break CB with four proven 550kv CB interrupter units in series; based on the integrative innovation method, developing new CB of low operation power, high reliability and massive production; innovatively designing the operation principle of “opening immediately after closing” for the CB closing resistor switch, further to ensure the reliability of resistor from the working principle view.
3, At this voltage level, it was the first time to place the interrupter and the closing resistor in parallel independently in individual gas compartment, which either eliminated the CB’s unfavorable effect to the closing resistor, or reduced the enclosure size and the SF6 gas, beneficial for the environment protection.
4, Excellent insulation configuration; the insulation level of the whole device to the ground fulfilled the factor 1.1 as required in the technical specification of the contract; all dielectric tests have been passed at first try.
5, Developing high-performance DS, ES and corresponding mechanisms with simpler structure, fewer parts, more excellent performance and higher common ability.
6,Developing high current-carrying capability bus bar of 8000A and flexible-layout bus bar connection, which met connection requirement for various bus bar arrangements.
7, Developing casting process, mould design ad manufacturing technique for big size insulators and insulation supports.
8, Developing manufacturing process for big size welded enclosure, foundry enclosure and extra-length conductor with big diameter.
